InteleViewer: Search Patients Images Not Referred

Accessing patients images that were referred by other clinicians

Sometimes you will come across the error like below.

Break-Glass feature

To overcome this, Inteleviewer has a feature called Break-Glass that grants access to different clinicians whom treat the same patient.To Break-Glass, you will have to:

Acknowledge and accept the terms

Select “Patient name AND date of birth”

Then enter both details in full in the following format (Lastname, firstname), (YYYYMMDD). Make sure there is a space after the coma when entering the patient’s name.

If you are successful, the you will see the following message appear.

Accessing Patient Studies

Click on Access “Patient Studies”. This should bring you back to the main search page. If you only see a patient ID, and nothing else, then click the search button again. This should then return you a list of the patients images.

Basic Operations & Exporting of Images
